Occupancy Based Charging for Maintenance Services
As part of SBL's ongoing commitment to providing superior support for Alcatel–Lucent communications systems for the hospitality marketplace, we are pleased to introduce another innovative feature to our maintenance service – Occupancy Based Charging (OBC).
Why pay for maintenance whose cost is based upon the number of telephones & extensions connected to the central switch when for the majority of time some of them are not being used?
Would you be happy to pay full price for something that you don’t use? E.g. a West End season ticket that only allows access to 80% of the shows?
Welcome to OBC
SBL will base our support charges according to the occupancy rate of your establishment at the time of contract initiation. Just tell us what the average occupancy rate has been recently and we will amend our pricing accordingly.
E.g. for your hotel, an annual support charge of £2,000 per annum will be reduced to £1,660 if you inform us of an 83% occupancy.
*To cover our fixed costs, the minimum occupancy rate that we can support is 70%.
OBC is sure to provide you with even better value! Just pay to support what you are using, not for an expensive estate of redundant equipment.
After 6 months, let us know what the new occupancy rate is and we will amend your support charge accordingly. If the rate has declined we will issue you a credit to use against new services purchases.
